There are so many great cycling events every year in New Zealand. I'm here to help you take on any of those challenges and make it a great experience.
We'll start by talking about you, your goal, and your family / work / life situation so I have a good understanding about what you want from this experience. From there I'll prepare a plan that will help you build up to the big event.
This plan will specify daily workouts and will be tailored to fit you circumstances and what you want to get out of this event. If you want to race hard and do the best you possibly can, then your training plan will challenge you in the right ways for this. If you simply want to get through and have a great time as you go, then your training plan will be set up to achieve that.
I'll stay in regular contact, check how the training is going, answer your questions, and introduce new tips and advice at the right times. Come closer to the event, I'll help you plan how to tackle the day, and once it's all over we'll talk about what comes next in your cycling journey.
