Triathlon coaching includes:

- An individual training plan made for you
- Online training plan and log
- Detailed daily workouts for event buildups
- Regular progress reviews with your coach
- Race planning and evaluation
- Unlimited support for training questions, technique, nutrition, recovery, skill development, and more

Social triathletes
If you're just starting out, or enjoy the social participation of triathlon, I can help with your fitness goals.
I'll create a training plan that suits you. If you want fun and variety in the workouts we can make that happen. If you prefer structure and route we can make that happen too. We'll catch up weekly to help keep you motivated and on track, and help plan and prepare for upcoming event. There will be support for technique, equipment, nutrition, and much much more.
Competitive athletes
For the competitive athlete we can work together to achieve your performance goals:
- Identify and address any weaknesses
- Plan a structured build-up so you peak at the right time
- Measure progress along the way
- Have weekly catch-ups and feedback sessions to review how the training is going for you
- Event planning and reviews
- Other support as you need it
