Choose from a range of training plans

Use any training plan any time:

  • Tri: Standard distance, Half IM, Ironman, and Aquabike
  • Run: Half, Marathon, and Ultra run events
  • Specialist training blocks: preseason tri skills and bike FTP builder

Training plans plans cover all levels of training:

  • Essential: the basic training you need to succeed
  • Balanced: the ideal mix of volume and intensity
  • Intensive: time, experience, and resilience needed
Every plan includes: Specific daily workouts that can be done by heart rate, cycling power, running pace, or perceived effort




Coach & team support

We run a private Facebook Group so everyone can stay connected:

  • Receive weekly coaching tips and advice from Coach Gerrard
  • Ask for help from coach and experienced team members
  • Get to know others training for the same events as you
  • Access our library of resources (articles, videos, podcasts)
  • Book coach consultations (additional fee) for extra support

  • Technique, skills, equipment

You can access these at any time, plus Gerrard will share these resources at relevant times of the season.




Coached Sessions / Group Training

Tuesday 6pm indoor trainer sessions. Done from home via video call

Training camps where you get to train and recover like a pro, while our support crew takes care of the meals and logistics. There are training options to suit everyone on camp.

  • Winter run camp: early June for trail running & mountain bike adventures
  • Spring camp: Labour Weekend in Hawkes Bay as a big volume weekend towards Spring events
  • Summer camp: Late Jan in Taupō for Ironman and 70.3 specific preparations
