Flexible Training Plans
Our training plans specify key workouts so you can focus on the most important training. Plus there are guidelines to add more training for those who have the time and capacity.
Choose a training plan to suit your goals:
- Challenge plan: the right balance of endurance and intensity, when aiming for a Half IM time 5h 30 - 7h
- Perform plan: next level training for those aiming to go under 5h at their Half IM
Workouts are specified for heart rate, cycling power, running pace, and perceived effort to suit whatever your approach is.


Online Support
We run a private Facebook Group so everyone can stay connected. Through this Facebook group you can:
- Ask questions
- Get feedback from coach and other team members
- Contribute your experience and ideas
- Stay motivated with the support of a team
- Learn about the smart ways to train and race
Share the journey, train smarter, and achieve more!
Training Camps & Big Weekends
Squad members get first option to join our training camps:
- Spring camp: 16 - 19 October in Hawkes Bay for an early season fitness boost, and some beautiful riding
- Summer camp: 14 - 17 January in Taupo for a summer fitness boost, and to simulate / test Ironman plans
And in between times we plan a monthly "big weekend" for some epic local adventures and training.
